Little Band was founded at the end of 2009 by István Bocskai, fan of American and Hungarian folk music, guitarist and vocalist of Rodeo and Bluegrass Union (popular bands in German speaking countries in the 1980s), together with Péter Strausz and Gábor Szabó „Suvi” in order to invoke – through its music spiced with Hungarian folk music – the inward, familiar and fellowship creating atmosphere of the America of the thirties and fifties for the people of 21st century. Listening to our show you can also enjoy some classical rock music in a special and humorous adaptation.

We just have only one request: please listen to our band's music while having some beer and decide for yourselves whether or not you've enjoyed it. We hope you will.

Little Band achieved great public success and won 3^rd place in the trio category at the Country Music Awards held in Pullman City, Germany on the 13^th November 2010.

At the end of 2010 Mihály Tóth - playing cajon, a very special percussion instrument - joined our band, bringing with him a sense of humor and contributing to the success of our performance.
